Default uncontrolled jerks
New here to this sight and need some help. For about 2yrs now I have been having full body jerks at night as I start to fall asleep. At first it was a few times a week that it would happen then ot progressed to every night several times a night. In the last several weeks things have changed, I still get the full body jerks at night but now my left arm will jerk all of sudden with no warning, it can happen at anytime. I have an appt with my doc tomorrow but was wondering if there is something or some test I should be asking about. Would appreciate any info.
