Default Ending of akathisia/dystonia

Might high does of Zyprexa and Remeron for a couple of weeks cause akathisia/dystonia that will become lifelong? Or will it ever end? If it ever ends could that take years? Other symptoms that continue after this treatment are sweating and problems sleeping.
