Default paroxysmal movement disorder

I am a 50 plus female who was in a car accident and injured a nerve off my neck and have developed paroxysmal movement disorder. The movements are spreading throughout my body now in the face and jaw area with grimacing and painful facial movement. Has anyone tried cognitive brain retraining? Des anyone else have facial grimacing?
