Default Charcot Toof

I`m 53yo dianetic over the last 6/7 months I`ve lost 4 toes and part of my sole on my right foot, unfortunately I have now been told I am infected with Charcot Foot and will eventually Lose the foot, I`m having problems getting my head round the fact of the loss, Would love to chat to someone who has either gone through this or is about too.
