Default Eessential tremor

Hello,

My name is Shawn and I am currently recovering from a DBS implant to curb my essential tremors. I am sure I'm not alone here, but would like to chat with those in my shoes or have knowledge of the device.

Default Essential Tremors

I was diagnost with essential Tremors and I had taken some sort of blood pressure medication for it, and had no luck. That was years ago and I have not tried anything else. Is there anything that helped you that i can maybe try. I originally found this site when searching for cervical neck pain and seen this subject and would like to find out more info on this as well

Hi Shawn, My neurologist would like me to have a DBS. I think I am going to have Gamma Knife surgery instead. It is only done in 3 hospitals in the US. I'm going to Thousand Oaks, Ca. How did your surgery go? Are you happy with it? Kari Ann
