Default Exercise intolerance

My neurologist is questioning whether I may have exercise intolerance, as I have other symptoms of a congenital metabolic syndrome but this has not yet been determine. My symptoms, however, don't seem to fit what I read in various medical articles I've looked up about exercise intolerance. Most of these articles talk about pain or severe fatigue upon exercising, but this doesn't fit what I have. For me, I generally feel fine during the exercise but later on in the evening I will have strong tingling particularly in my legs but also shoulder area, arms and sometimes torso. At night i will often waken with a sensation that the muscles are on the verge of seizing. None of this is painful. I do have peripheral neuropathy but affecting my lower legs only. I am hoping people here can share with me what their symptoms of exercise intolerance are, and if any one has ideas about what I may be experiencing.
