Default undiagnosed,?? Need help!!

I have this really bad neurological movement everywhere in my body, not sure if it's a tic or not I also have little bit of tremor, and tingling under right arm area when In a certain position. When you are not doing anything your body is suppose to sit still but mine it's like if I leave my body on its own will it like does a weird movement it's like a tic but not really. I can controll my tic except inside my mouth where I have a clenching teeth if I leave my mouth closed, same thing with my hands, fingers, legs, head, facial muscle even my eyes. IDK if this is causing my double vision. The n1 thing that I am concerned about is my vision! I am losing my vision! Idk if this movement is causing my vision loss, I get these weird vision where everything fades away like, if I stare at doors I lose its focus and then the door fades away to merge with the wall sorounding the door. I have to keep moving my eyes to be able to see a object it's like idk what to focus on a persons left eye or right eye or nose I see the face but it isn't recognizable very weird.i get these heat sensation inside my body. Also have a really bad chest heaviness like even my clothe puts a huge pressure on my chest when I am lying flat dunno if it's related to neuro. your little knowledgeable input will save my worrying. Ty.my blood test are normal and my brain mri with contrast and without contrast also clear doc was expecting a ms but don't have it. If my mri is clear why am I losing my vision and all these controllable tic...

Hello Oruen: I'm sorry you are experiencing all of these worrisome symptoms. I cannot be of any help with this I'm afraid. But I noticed this is your first post here on NT. So... to NeuroTalk! I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit.

I am suffering with Lance-Adams syndrome if anyone else has this please contact me. I would like to converse about what therapy’s and medications have helped; if at all! Thank you
