Default Spasmodic dysphonia/Cervical dystonia

Hi all....

Over the past couple of years I have developed these problems. They are helped a fair amount with Botox injections into the back of my neck, plus physical therapy I've been taught and use consistently. I'm trying to work part-time (I'm on disability), but these interfere.

I think that work stress that I wasn't dealing with very well contributed to these disorders happening in the first place; but it's my own theory about their origins.

I also am diagnosed with major depression/anxiety. For which I'm on antidepressants.

Does anyone know of nutritional supplements or herbs that might help?
