Hello,
I am trying to figure out if I have RLS or leg spasms. When I sit down in the evening there are times I feel a tightening in my lower back that runs down my legs. Especially my right leg. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. If I contract my muscles it helps relieve some of the discomfort. On my right foot my 3rd and 4th toes contract bending downward. I can actually see them contract and bend. The rest of my toes stay still. I have tried to bend my 3rd and 4th on demand and keep my other toes still, but I can't. So, I am wondering if it is RLS or if it sounds more like I am having spasms in my leg. Thanks! L |
