Default Please help

Not sure where this should go but its the only place I can think of so anyone who can even help with key words or point me to something else would be greatly helpful. I have been searching for an answer for this for over 10 years. Two doctors have both said they don't know!

When I move my right or left hand the other moves at the same time! It's like my brain doesn't decipher the difference between left or right. It's just in my hands.

I quit playing guitar years ago because when I tried to play chords my strumming hand would cramp up as I tried not to move it. I don't know if I was born with this or not. I really would like some answers, I play drums and have reached a skill level to where this issue is hindering my development.

Any type of direction would be greatly appreciated!

thanks so much

Nathan
