Default it's 2:30 am and I have night tremors

I have had night tremors on and off since 2005. It started during chemo therapy and has come on gone since. I found this forum because I felt I would levitate to the ceiling if I didn't get out of bed tonight, so I googled "night tremors" and found this site. Tonight was as bad as it gets for me and I don't know what brought on such an intense episode. I have talked to my Dr. about this in the past and all he wants to do is put me in "another" sleep study to diagnose me with sleep apnea and fit me with a Cpap mask. I tremor when I am still awake trying to go to sleep so I know I am still breathing-"thank you" very much". I probably will not be able to go to work tomorrow because I am not going to sleep anytime soon which means my head could very well hit my desk if I sit to long, AND probably start tremoring and scar the office staff to death. This is the first time I have really surfed the net to get some answers because my Dr. sure doesn't have any.

I don't have any answers for you- but keep searching and press the dr for more testing, or if he won't - seek out another dr that will look for answers.
