...does it mean anything that my tics don't occur at a certain time of the day, or that they don't hurt, or anything like that? Does that mean that it is nothing serious? I don't think it means anything, and that I should still look into it, but I see stories about people who have real disabilities/diseases, and their tics hurt, or make it so they can't walk. That makes me think that I have no reason for going to the doctor. I have just plain tics, no pain or anything.
Do you think there is a chance it could get worse? It hasn't gotten much worse in the 6-7 years I have noticed it

Yes, please get it checked out and yes they can get worse/more painful.
My dd's dystonia was orginally painless, but as it progressed over a period of several years to become quite painful at times. She also has some tics/tremors/spasms that started out painless, just annoying, and they have become painful if they continue for too long. |

I just chose the latest to greet.
Merry CHRISTmas and a Happy New Year! The Christmas season ends on the Feast of the Three Kings (first Sunday of January of the New Year or January 6, whichever comes first), so it's inappropriate to say Belated Merry Christmas on December 26 onwards. Also, I refrain from writing Merry X-mas, otherwise the meaning of the season disappears. |

Merry Christmas!
I always keep my tree up until the Epiphany. I am glad I am not the only one. It is one of my pet peeves seeing trees go down Dec. 26 or even Jan. 1. Mary |
