What has helped your pain levels ?
It's a matter of waiting it out when my restless leg happens. I'd love to hear some tips on management |

I don't have pain with my RL, just annoying creepy crawly and jello like feelings. I hope someone comes on to help you. Welcome.

Mine is often realted to my iron deciency anemia. Low iron is realted to restless leg among other things. It calms down after I take my prescription iron. Also magnesium helps me too.

I wonder if what I'm experiencing is Restless Leg as mine is extremely painful, travels from the hip all the way down the back of my legs...
I was low in iron so started a supplement, perhaps I need to have it re-checked and up the dosage as I'm also not much of a meat eater.. |
