Default Do these count as tics?

When I get nervous my throat keeps tightening like I am trying to swallow something, even though there is nothing in my mouth, and I can't control it or feel it coming. It is very annoying to talk and just stop for a second because my throat decided to act like I am swallowing something.

I also have a beating in my left ear occasionally and it is also annoying. It feels like my heart is beating is my left ear, but there is not rhythm. It usually happens once every two to three weeks, but when it does come it stays on and off for the whole day. Sometimes when I yawn it can bring it on.

*I was also wondering if anybody wakes up twitching. Sometimes I have a dream that my finger in twitching, and I wake up and it really is going crazy. It makes me wonder if I tic in my sleep.
