Shocked Why do I get the legs movement and shakes.

For a long time I do have the shakes for no reason and my legs start to hop or move without me wanting them to. It is almost like cramps or jerks but with no intension from me to move. I can hardly put any pressure on them or they swell up and get so tight I feel like they are being pulled off. I am only 198 pnds and have very little fat on me so it is not a weight issue.
Help me

Heart Response to Greedy

Do you take any medication that could possibly be causing this? Are you tremors occurring when you are at rest or when you are trying to do something. Ropirinole or Requip is good for restless legs, if this is what you have. It sounds as though you need to see a neurologist. billie
