Red face can someone please interpate mri for me

ive had three doctors tell me i have ms but my neuro says no if i do have it and dont take the meds what will happen to my eyes they are getting really bad and the neurapathy is all over my body now any way impression two areas of t2 signal hyperintensity that are non specific one of these are periventricular findings there are areas of abnormal hyperintensity on the t2 sequence adjacent to the atrium of the right lateral ventrical and a punctate lesion in the subcortal left frontal white matter thank you very much
