Yes, I was approved for SSDI a year ago. But here in GA there is a 2 year waiting period for Medicare....so it will be Sept of 2010 before I get coverage. Seems ridiculous to me but it's better than nothing at all so I'll just have to be patient.

At times the numbness seems to get better. Then others it seems worse. I suppose it all has to do with how much I'm concentrating on it. Things could be much worse so I'm trying to just roll with the punches and remain optimistic (and calm!).
