I did a half hour of cleaning today then made dinner and did chores, took me about 2.5 hours for all of it. That's my exercise for the weekend. :o (Slacking a bit here but I'll get back on track tomorrow.)

Why arent you taking the vaccine Erin?

I no longer trust vaccines. I've had some flares after a few vaccines... My first obvious MS symptom in 2006 was numbness in my right hip and thigh...came on just after getting an MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine.

I just think that some people, myself included, are sensitive to vaccines. My immune system is apparently already wacky and ticked off at me, and I just no longer want to poke at it with needles of dead virus. I just dont trust them anymore.

Way to go Debbie. :)

I just did 40 minutes of various exercise, 28 minutes of Pilates, two minutes of pushups, and ten minutes of walking in place. I feel better having that done.

Yoga - Done
Weightlifting - Done (used hand weights to help build/tone arms)
Walk - In a minute.:D

BBS1951 10-27-2009 12:38 PM

ha! thats how I feel about my weight lifting: that I can just check it off when its "done".

I swam a mile at home in my backyard pool today. We are having very warm weather and I love that.

Instead of working out, I cleaned and vacuumed the upstairs bedrooms for 1 1/2hrs. today...was dripping by the time I finished...that counts, yes?
