Default spasticity/ spasms?

Anyone with some good advice for natural help for these... ??

My back is the worst, I am on baclofen, and even on that I now have them badly any day I do a bit more than work... ugggg so if I enjoy bowling on my team.. I may be in pain all night long...etc

I do not want to give up fun things...

I do have tramadol, dr game me.. I have only taken half doses of the 50mg.. first time I took the 50 felt wierded... so I at times will take half...it helps some.

I tend to stretch a LOT, do yoga few times a week which feels good...

just wondered any other tips... natural things that help too???

thanks all, sarah

Hi, Sarah.

I use an electric blanket to help with spasticity. For me, heat helps quite a bit for this symptom.
