Default Flu Shots - Do You Or Don't You?

Just wondering who here with MS gets the seasonal flu shot / pneumonia shot each year. Now there's the H1N1 shot as well. That's available in a nasal spray and an injection. I think I read somewhere that people with MS should not take the nasal spray.
