Default Great news

That's one good news. I love both curry and turmeric. I fell in love with Indian food really only after my neurological problems developed, which also makes me wonder about human innate intuition - do we sense, what is good and healing for us? We actually may, somehow. Or maybe I'm a witch

Smile Take it in small quantities

Try to use only a pinch of turmeric in the curries or any food item u make using it. All spices, if taken in large quantities will cause heat inside the body which is not good by any means. As an Indian, I know it
