Default The Key is to Never Ever Stop Moving

This has application to MS as well, albeit somewhat differently.

Never Stop Moving. Never.

It can be hard, but I agree. It's very important for us to keep going. Most days I feel like sitting with my legs propped up at my desk all day. But I make myself do exercise at least a few days a week and I do chores each day as well.

I'm hoping to get a job for our local government. It's about 7-8 blocks away. I could walk to and from work each day.
