I take two pills once a day. If I am having a really tough time, I will add a third pill later in the day, but so far the two is working fine. Keep the miralax till your heinie heals. 1/2 dose to a 1/4 dose will still keep water headed in the right direction.

feel better!

I have never tried this but have heard good things about it.

I have also heard of the warm prune juice that Tinglytoes mentioned. I tried it once and it took a few days to kick in. But when it kicked in, it kicked in.

I also recently heard about something called Konsyl that a GI recommended to a friend of mine. It is working wonders to help the constipation. In fact, I may get some to keep on hand and see if it works the next time I get like that (usually during a spinal lesion flare).

Dej - I hope you are feeling better from your flare.

Default I made it with gluten free

I did have constant severe bloating and any stress will make it worse. It is was very difficult to keep any type of regularity. I got some relief from Miralax. I later tried citricel and got some relief, but extreme unconfortable at times. I tried going gluten free, and that worked for me. I dont have to taken any of the laxetives. This is the only thing of the many problems I have actually be able to resolve. I do get a little constipated, but I am pretty much regular with gluten free and no major stressing.
