Hey Dej! Just had a routine endoscopy/colonoscopy the wk of Thanksgiving, so know how your'e feeling. I had to drink 1/2 gal of the Nulytly after taking 2Ducolax tabs. He also dilated my esophagus, as I was having a little trouble swallowing. I told my Dr before I was put out, that I didn't want to know where he was going or what he was doing. AYUP~ pure la la land.

Glad I had it done though, as he found a very small polyp and removed it.

Take care and and hope your results turn out ok.

Hi Dejibo,
Mine is scheduled for mid January, DH a week later. We have to drink two huge bottles of the same stuff that has always been around. No tablets, no enemas.

I always called this stuff a horse laxative. I thought things would change and that this drink I am to take, is not used anymore. I thought they said it was dangerous.

It's the stuff in the green bottle bought in the drug store or supermarket. I can't think of the name and the paper is out of reach at the moment.

Anyone here any news about the old stuff?

Good luck Dejibo. I pray everything is okay with the test, and the results.

Its Tuesday. I survived the Miralax bombardment. it really is better than it used to be. That stuff they used to have you drink was so violent! Miralax is more gentle. Dont get me wrong, you MUST poop, but its not the explosive, think you are gonna see your shoes stuff that the fleets drink brings.

I survived. I am not happy, but I survived, so the worst is over. Now I get to go lay down, and let someone give me drugs. I have not just bad, but horrific IV access. Lets see how many pokes this takes to get a line.

Thanks for all the hugs, prayers, and well wishes. you guys rock!

im home! all went well. I had 3 polyps, and no real issues past that. He took several nice celiac biopsies, and sent me home. I got good drugs, and woke quickly. I have tons of gas, but thats the name of the game.

Will know in a week or so what the biospsies say.

Thanks all!
