Question Does your internal thermostat go haywire?
I have been having so much trouble with my internal temperature...one minute I'm so hot I take my sweater off, and then a few minutes later I'm actually shivering...even during the night I wake up freezing, and I'm using the same blankets I've been using for years.
This has been going on for about a week now...what gives? I know it's not menopause...no hot flashes...just warm. Haven't had those in a few years anyhoo...

YES! Neuro says it makes sense with the location of one of the brain lesions. Mine is normally over hot though.

I'm hot, I push my lap size down duvet off bed (on top of other comforters). Then I'm freezing, I yank it back up and on me. DH has learned the sooner he helps me, the faster he can go back to sleep.

I do the same thing, I thought it was just me, I have to dress in layers I never know when I'll get hot or cold.

It would probably be caused by something going on in or near your hypothalmus.
