Kicker I can't believe you're still are fighting that UTI from heck. That is a long time. Have they checked your kidneys? The problem might be higher up and you might need a different test. Ever have Kidney stones?
I wish you luck with the Uro-testing. I am surprised they would do that test with an infection. It is only measuring, not scoping. Good luck with it all. I hope you aren't in much pain with this.
