[does a type of ''tap'' therapy to help relieve it]

was it called EFT {emotional freedom technique or emofree for short}?

http://www.emofree.com/

I did this for my RSI injury in 99, sounds kind of weird that tapping in a pattern can make a change , but I think it did help.
I really should try it again for a few things....

The website has a free download manual that tells how to do some basic treatments. Shows the tapping points and tells about it and the tapping sequence.

Supposedly can help for just about anything, a large part of it is for the mental/emotional aspect.

Hey all thanks,
the memory issues had me forget I did the thread lol

but thanks, yes I have tried antivert, I once had valium to try if attack but the script expired befroe next attack, I should call ENT or dr about that idea.

I can not drive with it, My eyes just want to close, and cannot function at all... as someone said does not matter what is going on kid wise or work wise... when it hits I have to crash.... end up sleeping up to 9 hours once... or alst time 6 hours.. then wake and pretty much fine... does not last days...

anyhow, getting bothered with it!!

anyhow thanks for the tips and replys... sorry I did not respond quicker... hugsssss, sarah

oh latest I did not mention, was that neuro did give me a migrane medicine... two samples... said that sometimes these attacks could be migrane with out headache type of thing. Said to take each when I first start feeling wierd, like when the eye starts up...right away to see if any different. I did it twice and no luck... gotta let him know that then I will tell him the ENT had prescribed valium years ago and if I should give that a try.... hugss all, sarah
