Default Weak/Very Sick

Is it normal to feel extremely weak, sick after eating/drinking anything, trembling, so weak unable to do absolutely anything, unable to even think/process a grocery list?

I need to write a grocery list and have not been able to do it. Feel so severly sick no clue how I'm going to get groceries. No idea. Need to get them for tonight/afternoon.

Do not feel well at all. Very scared. Just want to avoid food period. Choke on everything.
