My last one was almost 10 years ago to the day. I must say they have improved over the torture factor. Most of my leg symptoms had subsided so I really didn't expect much. She did say that it was essentially normal but maybe some very early peripheral neuropathy. Since my blood sugar range is now in the diabetes range, I will really have to watch my diet. My weight had been at a plateau, a very bad plateau. But one thing that the pain I had all of the month of December did was to jump start some kind of weight loss. I have now lost 6 pounds and am really trying to watch my fats and carbs. Now someone needs to kick my butt and make me go to Curves 3 times a week since I'm paying for it whether I go or not.

Congrats on losing the 6 pounds!! And like the saying goes -- "Live life like you mean it." Get to Curves while you can! Not saying you'll end up like me -- hopefully NOT -- but I'd give anything to be able to go to Curves, a gym, something! Now all I can do is sit here in this #%^*& chair and gain weight.
You go girl!!!!!!!!!!
