Wisest Elder Ever
|
Eric, it will get better. I think we all went through a period of adjustment after we got our dx. In fact, it's all I thought about for weeks. I've been dx for nearly 5 years now and it does get better. It's sort of a process where you learn to accept your "new normal".
You learn what your MS is like....because no two people have exactly the same sx. I finally have days where I just don't think about MS too much. It doesn't consume me anymore. Yes, I have to consider it but I don't let it consume me. This is my challenge. I don't know why I was chosen to have this as my challenge but it is what it is and I'm determined to make the best of it. ![]()
