Well i settled for the 50 mile route today...which ended up at 51.67 miles. Did it in 3 hours and 8 minutes (about a 16.5 mph average), so not bad considering it was all hills and the last 15 miles or so were dead into a 10-15 mph wind.

Pushed it hard...averaged 81% of my max HR (for three hours!)...HR monitor says I burned 3382 calories...feels like it too. Made me useless for the afternoon...but I am feeling reasonably good now. Going back out tomorrow morning to do an easy flat ride in the 30-40 mile range for recovery.

I did ten minutes of dancing before work, including some punching moves, then went for a ten minute walk at work on my break. So, 20 minutes total today.

Walked a mile yesterday with my company. I was impressed because I thought I was slow, until them. The wife asked if we could slow the pace a bit. WOW!

Walking a half mile today. its a church day, and I tend to do alot of extra running around when its a church day.

wow TX, you impress me, give hope to many how much you can do!!

I also am going to take a walk today either with the stroller of two kids in it or with the dog...either way I will be out there the sun is shining.... and 40s today... makes me want to ski... although i had a lot of sleeping up to do after that ski day... body was spent....

Like it Sally, I walked with pushing the double stroller...long walk as we went down to the beach park then around to McDs for a treat for the kids.. water for me.... and back home...the circle is probably I think 2 miles maybe...hugss,sarah

Ended up with a 35 mile ride at about 15.4 mph on Sunday. Had a nice time riding with my wife and two other couples and chatting while we rode.

just worked today 6am-3pm home doing laundry, and straightening up a bit... that is enough for me.. I am spent...mind/body... worn and have to work tomorrow! hugss all
