Sally, especially since I was stuck on couch for a full week fighting vertigo few weeks ago... and balance issues at times... I was worried about trying to ski... but been a few years.. and I love skiing... I asked my dad who has not gone even longer... and he is pretty weak after the cancer fight... even that morning he was calling me saying too weak of a day...but that he would take me... he brought his stuff though... and once there got his stuff out..and when I asked if he was sure about it... and mentioned the call .. he forgot he even called.

Now though I got the itch to go again, but warming up out there... just happy I was able to do it. But I did suffer for days after.. but worth it.. it was like HEAVEN to me! I miss being more active... I used to walk daily for miles too, but that part does not come as easy...

although I skiied, I still know what you mean, as some days even showering is a chore that I feel worn out from... and work always wears me down so not much fun the rest of my day after work! always resting enough to go back uggggg

hugsss,sarah

I do know what you mean. I don't look forward to weekends anymore, because it takes so darn long to clean the house, after I do, I can't do anything for three days or more. My husband says, you wanted a big house, I say I know.....

I never even got to mix up the batch of cupckake stuff. I ended up with a headache and went to bed!

I woke up tired! WTH?! I just want to get on with my day, and I am hobbled before I even got out of bed!

*sigh*

I had my testosterone level checked 3 yrs ago and it was on the low end.
Started injecting 1/2 a mL (100mg) every 7-10 days. Got my level around 800-1000.
Drink protein shake every afternoon between lunch & dinner. Exercise what I can.
It saved me. A woman's level should be about 1/8th -1/10th of mine.
If you test low but within range, its not good enough.
Testosterone Cypionate 200mg per mL is what I use with script from Walgreens.
1 10mL bottle will last a female 1 year or more. Its a steal at $100.
Cancer risk? Well, MS isnt exactly life prolonging in itself.
For a male I notice it also works like but better then Viagra.
Women supposedly benefit from it as well.

Get total testosterone checked and post results.
Im on Tysabri for 4 infusions and still declining. Adding a chemo drug next.
