Sorry for the pain, Calligirl. Did you say you took Baclofen? Can you increase your dosage? I'd definitely let my Neuro know if for no other reason than to update your records with this info.

I take Advil or Aleve and it seems to help me more than the Baclofen does. But that's just me.

Hope your pain eases up soon.

Default Hi Calligirl!

I saw your post and wanted to say how sorry I am
Leg pain took 6 yrs of my "life".......

What type pain do you describe ? ? Is it a burning sensation all over your legs? Or more like a deep bone pain?

After spending thousand of $ on testing, meds, specialists, etc it was determined to be peripheral neuropathy in my case.
(constant burning pain, piercing pain at the knees)

The Peripheral Neuropathy section has a lot of info on this type of pain and very good suggestions on how to combat it and hopefully reverse it altogether....

Anyway, welcome to NT and let me know if you have questions about my battle....I too wanted to chop them both off with an axe!! That's how desperate we get!
Don't lose hope tho

Rae
