My left arm not working is why I went from walker to chair so it's out for me.

That is a dandy gizmo for those who can adapt and use it. Since weakness is a big part of MS, I don't think it's the answer for most of us, but I like it.

Could someone please describe this device and how it works??? My ancient webtv won't allow me to view youtube or any of those type places. How does it work? Thanks for taking the time!

It won't do anything for your strength, it replaces the use of your uncontrollable muscles to move your legs with mechanics. It does seem to require good arm control. The cost estimate does seem quite a bit low, I would think over $100,000 is more like it.
