I hated it when News guy says MS is a genetic disease (idiot - have they no fact- checkers at that news station?) but moment I saw woman was in a wheelchair like me, I felt new determination. I used to exercise every day. At 45 was still impressive, but now belly (MS and menopause - not a good combination) means pants are getting tight. I need video she had!!!! Anyone know it?

I found them on Internet and was impressed. They promise no miracles like sitting in a swiveling chair, but having a good body is hard work. It is!! If it was easy, everyone would have one!! There was too much movement and jumping for me (I can't jump or walk anymore) but I know things I can do.

I think the newsguy who said it was a genetic disease wasnt quoting from a script. Sounded like he was one of the clueless misinformed. He probably read it somewhere that it might be genetic and thinks that's a fact. When they havent ever confirmed it as being a genetic disease.
I dont live in the city where that story came from. (I'm in Omaha, the news story came from Lincoln, NE) My boyfriend tells me that particular news station isnt the greatest in Lincoln.

There might be something to the news person's mistake. If we think of CCSVI, it is supposed to be congenital, or a birth defect.
Could that defect be passed down through genetics (DNA) and show up in some offspring? A person may have a tendency to get a blockage, or inverted valves through genetics, plus add in some inflammation with a few years, of/or age, or disease, and the blockage worsens? MS begins? My Vascular Surgeon (not really up on CCSVI ![]() Just thinking out loud again.. any thoughts on this? Or am I finally cracking up? ![]() Thanks for the article Erin. ![]() .

Lady, since it hasn't been proven, yet, that CCSVI has a link to the cause of MS, I'd say that you're a little ahead of youself. but I'd never say you're cracking up.
