Magnesium is a marvelous thing! I just recently got back on it to help with constipation. You would THINK, drs would recommend a mag sup first thing, since milk of magnesia is a common remedy, but NO! That would be too outside the box or something. Heaven forfend a medical dr recommend a non-rx supplement! (Feel the sarcasm?)

Coincidence or not, you decide: Years ago, I had been told I would probably never have children and had given up trying. I was having severe PMS and cramps, practically going psycho every month. I happened to come across an article listing symptoms of magnesium deficiency, one of which was PMS. I was desperate and started sups right away. AH, relief! The first month I had the easiest period ever, the second month - I GOT PREGNANT!
