Default Have you ever....

Sat down to take a pill, got distracted by something and then not remembered if you've taken your pill or not?

I'm sitting here, looking at a bottle of Valium and I cant remember if I just took one or not. BRAIN FOG!!!! ARGH!!!

I'm taking it for spasticity and now that I cant remember if I took it or not, I dont know if I can take another one just in case I didnt take one.

I guess I'm calling the pharmacy to find out if another 5mg of Valium would be bad or not if I already took a pill.

edited to add: pharmacist said it's ok to take another one...maybe I'll sleep better?
