tami,
it is MSAA. you might also call your local MS society and see if they can give you any info. the # to find your local chapter is 1-800-FIGHT MS. and, since this is summer you might also find cooling collars in the store like walmart or even walgreens. i know how much we "love" walmart  they're really inexpensive and work well.
