I used a wobble board in PT. I made one, then bought one. My grandkids could do it with no problem.

Me, ha ha! It would make me a fortune on America's Funniest Home Video's when I'm on it. Looks like I'm trying to fly.

But I kept it up. I held on to the kitchen counter and put it on the small carpet below the sink. I tried to stand on it often. Did better and better over time. Then after my nightly shower, while I still have warm muscles, I do leg exercises, some holding on, some not.

Today my right leg was doing a funny gait thing. I think the stress of my biopsy and Thyroid issues, plus the choking on foods has put me on high alert for a flare. I will fight not to have that happen.

I never used a big rubber ball in PT, and I went to better my gait imbalance.

What did you do with the ball? Sit on it, or roll it?
