Default Hello from Mariel after months

Hi, I've been in a facility for months with a broken kneecap, which is nearly
well. But I'm still feeling shaky when I try to stand without the walker. I had
a go-round with getting the Rehab covered, but succeeded, and have had excellent Physical Therapy!

I have to leave Rehab next week and probably will have a hard time getting
back to New Mexico where my house is.

I had a hard time getting on this forum, but here I am at last.

Mariel

Mariel Welcome back.

I hope you are on the healing side now. I fell on concrete in my basement and had to have knee surgery. It took 6 months with a removable full cast and then lots of PT.

It is fine now, that was ten years ago. I couldn't put any weight on it at all during that time.

I hope you can get back to your own home soon. Good luck to you.
