Default Like I have spent the day in a swimming pool . . .

Remember the feeling after a day at the pool . . . and when you got out of the water the weight of your body made it feel as if you couldn't move. . . like you "weighed a ton?"

What's your fatigue feel like?

Like trying to wade in water while walking in sand.

Like my legs each weigh 100 lbs.

Like I have just climbed stairs until I can't step up
another time. It's awful to feel this way when you first get up in the morning.

It's an effort to do anything other than sit or lay down

Like I just ran a marathon.

Actually, I always felt relaxed rather than fatigued, coming out of the pool....but that was yearrrrrrrrrs ago.
