Frown Heat and excersize?

Hello, I am going to try to make this not so long, in July I had some blood work done because of weakness, it came back that I was anemic the numbers were 9.8 ok so they put me on iron and so a couple weeks ago I went back for another blood count for iron and it is fine but my platelets were slightly low, they want me to go back in a week and get another platelet count, taking the iron did help in a few areas like not dizzy from standing up and my rls went away, but since my iron was normal they said to stop taking it so now already my rls is starting up again at night, and I havent felt any better with my weakness at all and I told them that....here are my symptoms when I am active, such as house cleaning, exercising, anything that is strenuous, taking a hot bath, being in the hot sun, standing up and just standing there (church) I get shakey and my legs get weak and my arms get weak and I feel very agitated and confused and cant seem to think straight, I just want to sit down and do nothing till it passes, it lasts about 20 or so minutes, now the other day I was sitting outside on bleachers for a few hours in the sun and it would start then it would go over and over, I would say about 5 times it happened just cause I was sitting there in the sun, I used to think it was low sugar but I was tested for that and many times when I would feel that way I would test my sugar and it was normal in the 80's, and I eat really healthy and I still get these symptoms, I dont smoke drink or even drink caffeine, I cant do my workouts any more I am just so sick of feeling SICK! does anyone think it could be ms? I have no visual problems, and I will go several days feeling ok but then with out warning I will start feeling sick again for days then once again I will feel ok, the only pain I have is a lower back ache mostly when standing, I am going back to the dr this tue for further evaluation, should I even mention ms? Or am I just being paranoid? I just wNt to live a normal life! Any suggestions please... Thankyou. April

Hi April.. It's all MS carp. April. The weakness, brain fog and dizzyness, from the heat. I once sat in the hot sun for awhile and when I tried to get up....I couldn't. I splashed ice water on my legs and then could move them enough to walk inside to the A/C.

I now stay out of the heat, all together. But, when I was younger with small children, I had to find ways to go into the heat. It's not easy, April, but there are a few cooling tricks...ice water always, cold packs, cooling vests, head bands, scarfs and wrist bands for cooling.

Feel better soon.
