Wow, I was sorry it had to end with such a bad taste in your mouth. Yau was screwed but he and Yau were such good friends I sure Yau was proud to have him win. I'm not sure if I'll watch the Pirate thing. I'll probably watch the first episode just to see what it's like. But by then I'm usually hooked. LOL

Ain't that the truth Sal!

I rolled my eyes when I saw the previews for the pirate show. Not another reality show!

I was sad that Dreamz played Yau and took the truck... Makes me sad to think that someone who gave his word as a man would not honor it......... Guess nothing is sacred anymore.

I won't be watching the Pirate Show....ARGGGGHHHH!

But, Dancing w/the Stars is on tonight.....

Me too. I really hated to see Yau double crossed like that. My friend said that at least Dreamz wasn't a bad, evil person, which I guess is true. Not like that Johnny guy from way back who lied and said his grandmother died to get the sympathy vote.

And maybe living on the street gave Dreamz a real 'survivor' mentality that you gotta grab what you can no matter what. But still... I thought he should have kept to his word and given him immunity. To hear that he said that he always just considered it a game that he could break whatever rules he needed to in order to win... I don't know, I always felt that I respected the winners more when they maintained some boundary that they wouldn't cross in the name of money. Especially seeing how well Yau played the game and that he never compromised his principles 'in the name of the game'. I was very disappointed to see Earl vote Yau off too. I still remember the season with Tina and whatever that Texan guy's name was... he took her to the end even though it cost him the million. There's just something to be said for keeping your honor even if you risk losing the game over it, that alliances aren't something to throw away just because they may be a threat to you or no longer needed.

With a game that was quite a thrill to watch being played in such a strategic way, I was sorry to see it end that way.

Tomorrow night is American Idol!!!!!!!!

I can't believe that I, the greatest Survivor fan, looked at my watch wrong and thought it was an hour earleir. So at 7:40 I suddenly realized that Survivor had been on for 40 minutes!!!!!!!!! I waited with baited breath until I saw that yau was still on. But I missed the first challenge.

It's a hard call. They were all winners tonight. In all fairness, Medinda is the best talent and should win. Jordin is an excellent talent and should come in second and go far.

Blake will probably win, because he is what American Idol is all about and was the only one who actually improved during his time there...and the most original talent. I like him...I think he worked the hardest. He knew what he was up against and tonight, he came through with flying colors.

I am really torn as to whether Jordin or Melinda did the best. Both of them will get a contract no matter which wins AI. They will both go far in their careers. I am just sorry that a 17 year old will be giving up those teen years just having fun and instead will be thrust into immediate stardom.

I must admit that I haven't done any voting at all this year. But being a 57 year old woman, if I had never watched the show before so I didn't really have a favorite, I wouldn't give it to someone that made funny sounds with his mouth while someone was rapping. I think Blakes hometown showing may have hurt him with some straggling voters.

On the prediction web site that goes by phone voting only, it has been very close. Right now Melinda is on top. I don't think it will be as close as last years, but it will be close.
