YES, YES, YES!!!! After the hot humid yucky summer, now it's cooler but has been raining for a few days. Ouchers!! So really, the humidity is still here and doing it's usual number on me. More stiffness, pain and spasticity than usual and fatigue. Seems like when I finally wake up and get dressed, I'm completely exhausted. Any little physical exertion seems like running a marathon. Standing up is really difficult too. Guess this is just the way life is with this "lovely" disease.

OMG I am stiff, sore and jerky today. Holy cow, I am exhausted. it takes alot more energy to be stiff than it does to be floppy.

Though the change from summer to fall means I won’t be bothered by the heat as much, this year the turn of seasons is a bit tougher than usual. I think that is because this past summer was much warmer than usual, and the first weeks of fall are significantly cooler than usual. I’m a bit of an achy, wobbly, shaky, and exhausted camper. Luckily I have a few interesting projects ahead of me to keep me motivated.

I'm actually doing fantastic...the last three weeks have been good, except for a tiny uptick in spasms in the legs during the night. Since going off of Amprya I am a bit stiffer, but not terribly so. I'm starting the internal conversation I always have when I feel good "I don't have MS..."
Sorry to hear you're ailin', Dej
