You both made me laugh!!! I've been terrified to go to the gym. DH and I are going this weekend... I think lifting weights might work???

Once upon a time, a long, long time ago.... I did yoga. It was a peaceful time. Yoga was a very quiet and calm exercise but balance was the key to it all. Balance- yes, that is truly an understatement. Balance and vertigo are two very different things when it comes to people who have absolutely NO balance! LOL

I've tried numerous times to do a yoga pose here/there... only to fall a) flat on my face b) fall over and hurt myself c) fall over and onto something and still hurt myself

Walked the dog last night with son. Kept walking off the curb and sidewalk. That is even a dangerous thing to do. Still frustrating.

Koala: Maybe the exercise bike might work? Can it cause injury?
