Unhappy Feeling Really Crappy

This week I felt somewhat better- so I rallied and over did it WAY TOO MUCH. Yes, can you say - DUH!!!

Today I woke up and laid down. When I got up felt really good only to stupidly over do it again for three hours- then hit a brick wall out of no-where. The vertigo/unbalance/nausea hit like a freight train. Have felt like crap ever since. Laid down all afternoon and feel worse. Right now I feel like I could puke. I was hoping to spend some quality time with my boys tongiht. Again that is not going to happen. Seeing the sadness and disappointment in their eyes makes me want to cry buckets.

Sorry for whining.
