Don't ask how but since last Monday i've done another 100 laps & 7 miles in wheelchair! Maybe it's the swim season closing fast or feeling happy lately but what ever it is I'll take it! Thankyou solar cover! Now if I could only cut down from one to a half pack of smokes/day

You can quit! And the great American smokeout is just around the corner! Way to go on the laps in the pool and with the chair!

Cold front comes tomorrow so today was last chance and I did it! Needed 20 more and I got em! I never knew how well the best solar covers work and I'll never have a pool without one again! I never could've swam till November even in south fl & it rained the whole time I was in there today but no bother if you're wet already
![]() When I started June 2nd, 6 laps had me knocked out. I worked up to 15 which made me feel sick if I didn't skip a day between. Towards the end I did 15-20 per day AFTER pushing wheelchair 1.2 miles! Let this be inspiration to you's sitting still - every day do a little more of ANY exercise even if it's just 10 squats before you hit the couch. EddieF |
