Default Sleep Study

I just had a sleep study and the results are:
ALPHA INTRUSION INTO DELTA SLEEP this means that 'awake' brainwaves (alpha waves) are firing during delta (deep) sleep.
I also had REDUCED REM AND DEEP SLEEP

Both of these result in non restorative sleep.

Anyone know more about this or Does anyone know if this is common in MS??
I also have seizures and severe migraines.
