you've gotten some great advice.
i'd go with your neuro.

you're also very wise to keep copies of tests and dr visits.
i learned that lesson the hard way when applying for ssdi and was denied. they said that they never got records from several drs even tho the drs said they sent it.

my 2nd attempt and hiring a lawyer...and approved.
i found that you need to keep records on yourself. then make copies and send that to apply for your ssdi. certified mail, return receipt requested.
plus, there have been some things i've read on dr notes that weren't accurate that needed to be corrected.

have your neuro get any tests he needs and make sure you have documentation in your chart that you need disability.

I've been waiting to hear back from you Craig!! The smilies are a hint... LOL - OK...well, maybe...hum, not sure if I should...not a big deal anymore...lots of therapy for recovery ......
Okay...I'll be brave....Im not ashamed....I have conquered and won the battle....my life has been such an amazing adventure...DID =Dissociative Identity Disorder.

When I saw the new neuro at KU medical, he asked me about it and I told him I had gone to SW Medical for 8 years, 3X a week and gained full integration. Well, He is from SW Medical and gave me a thumbs up and a big smile and said, "Nice work, girl!!" I smiled really big back and said, "Yeah!".

And, without a second thought we moved on to the physical symptoms of Mg/MS/Seizures etc and he smiled and said, "And, for YOU, I will definitely be looking outside of the box!"

I just KNEW we would speak the same language. He KNOWS I got excellent treatment at SW - end of story.

Aren't you "proud" of me???

Thanks! Your opinion means alot to me as does many of the others...but you understand the power of positiveness.

Anyway-yeah, I've had a very interesting life filled to the brim of everything and the only thing I can recommend is...LAUGH folks, Laugh really loud and hard and long!!! There's really no spoilt milk worth crying over LOL.

Except for those you dearly love...my dearest friend's sister just went into hospice Sat...gave her 3 days. This is worth the beauty of tears.

Love to all -
