Default Today started good and then......

I was working in my yard, picking some weeds, then all of a sudden it happened and I had to take another shower after having constipation this am, I don't handle this well, I was dx. 15 years ago and have never accepted this type of problem, sometimes I cry, sometimes I get depressed, what if it had happened at church this morning. I've never known how to handle this and probably never will, I don't go alot, thank goodness, I've always been at home, right now I'm think God knows how to handle this for me, I can't think of anything else.
